
With over 40 years of experience in the design and construction industry, Millard is recognized as a leader in the Aviation Sector. He has extensive global experience in major commercial airport projects including the Air New Zealand International Lounge, the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge, the United Airlines LAX Master Plan and CBIS project, the Air New Zealand Technical Operations Center, and the JetBlue Airways Operation Center at Long Beach. He is an expert in collaborating with large multi-disciplinary teams to complete projects with the highest level of client satisfaction. He leads the Aviation Studio and is currently working on the Consolidated Rental Car Facility for Los Angeles World Airports. Millard is a graduate of USC’s School of Architecture where he received both his Bachelor and Master of Architecture. Millard also serves on the board of directors for Lambda Alpha International, Los Angeles Chapter.
