As CSO, Bee drives business growth through vision-led, strategic planning and acts as a change agent for firmwide transformation. She facilitates key initiatives and investments, drives continuous improvement, and oversees business development strategy, marketing, and communications for the firm. Bee has centered her 20-plus-year career at the nexus of design thinking and business strategy with a passion for developing the next generation of talent and cultivating a culture responsive to both. She mentors students and professionals, and currently serves on several industry boards. Bee sits on the boards of the ACE Mentor Program LA/OC, Southern California Development Forum and the USC Architectural Guild; is an Executive Director for the Council on Open Building; and is Vice-Chair, Alumni Relations of the USC Economic Leadership Council, and on the USC Women in Economics committee. Bee received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern California.
