SANTA ANA, CA - Construction is underway on The Carina, a new multifamily residential community designed by AC Martin at the MainPlace in Santa Ana, CA for Lowe. The groundbreaking marks a significant milestone in the continued transformation of the MainPlace district into a vibrant mixed-use destination. Developed as a high-density residential community, The Carina is slated to provide 407 highly amenitized units within a modern and timeless building, and reflects a “live, work, play” vision. The Carina represents a continued collaboration among project partners and underscores a shared commitment to delivering high-quality housing that responds to the needs of a growing community.
