He works closely with the production team to create and review construction details and improve the technical standards to efficiently streamline workflow. Felix’s areas of expertise focus on multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and educational projects.
His keen attention to details and dedication contribute to success of each project he is involved in. Felix also is at the forefront of finding innovative solutions to complex technical problems. Through collaborative team effort, he works diligently with both the design and production team to identify optimal solutions while being mindful to project budget and schedule. As early as design development phase, his participation has been proven effective in all aspects of a project and is especially crucial during the construction phases.
