Synaptics Incorporated hired our firm and MAI Industries to design, remodel, and expand one building for current and future use.
The project was separated into two phases:
Phase I was remodeling the interior and exterior of one of the buildings and incorporating necessary ADA upgrades. In addition, the scope of the tenant improvement was to demolish the current interior while maintaining core facilities, then completing a build-out using similar standards and specifications of both buildings to maintain consistency.
Phase II was additional site improvements to better facilitate connectivity between the two buildings and create a more ‘campus’ environment.
