Matt is a Studio Principal and has worked on various large-scale projects throughout Southern California. Since joining the firm in 2007, Matt has contributed his detail-oriented project management style, technical knowledge, and client liaison skills to lead some of the most complex projects in the residential market sector, ranging from high-rise residential towers to high density mixed-use projects.
With nearly 20 years of experience in construction documentation, construction administration, and design, Matt brings keen perspective and insight to each project he is involved in. Having full comprehension of what contributes to a project’s success, he effectively assembles a strong design team and diligently works with clients and consultants through all phases of project. His strong commitment to a client and a project as well as positive outlook have been recognized as his strengths.
