With nearly three decades of experience, Raeven has led the design of affordable multifamily, senior, and special-needs housing, as well as Federally Qualified Health Centers. During her 23 years at Abode Communities, she helped deliver more than 2,000 affordable homes. Her collaborative, holistic approach is grounded in the belief that accessible, well-designed environments create purposeful communities. Raeven earned a Bachelor of Architecture from CalPoly Pomona, and an Associate of Arts from Pasadena Community College.
