Jim is Chief Operating Officer overseeing operations firmwide across the four California offices. In Jim's prior role as Managing Principal, Jim led the firm’s private sector practice that includes residential, commercial/industrial, office, and hospitality. With over 37 years of experience as an architect, planner, designer, project manager, project director, and director of architecture on a wide range of project types, he is knowledgeable about all aspects of project development and firm operations.

Tom Hsieh is the CEO and President of AC Martin, where he leads an integrated team of architectural professionals focusing on addressing the challenges and needs of the community through the design of the built environment.  As a member of the firm’s executive management team, Tom provides high level leadership to the firm’s planning, architecture, and interiors practices by driving long-range strategy; creating a culture of collaboration, diversity, and inclusivity; pushing sustainable and innovative thinking; building new markets; and guiding the company to thrive in changing conditions.

Christopher C. Martin is the third generation leader of AC Martin, one of California’s oldest architecture firms. His work has contributed to the economic vitality of downtown Los Angeles, and as a civic leader, he has devoted a significant portion of his time to critical issues facing the City and County of Los Angeles.
