Gina has been with the AC Martin's Residential Studio for over 20 years, after graduating from the University of the Philippines with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture. Throughout her long professional history, she has worked on various residential project types and scales in California, especially focusing on affordable housing, mixed-use, and multi-family projects.

Felix is a Quality Control Director/Senior Associate, who has over 30 years of experience. Having extensive job site experience, he is well versed in construction management and construction documentation. He works closely with the production team to create and review construction details and improve the technical standards to efficiently streamline workflow. Felix’s areas of expertise focus on multifamily, mixed-use, commercial, and educational projects.

Jerome is a Construction Administration Director/Senior Associate with over 30 years of experience. His experience ranges from low-rise to high-density mixed-use and multifamily housing projects, and serves as an essential connection between the front-end design and the back-end construction teams to help identify issues that need to be addressed early in the project. He ensures that the design intent is properly understood by the construction team and assists in appropriately translating it into the final built product.

Lesther leads the production team and is primarily responsible for overseeing the handling of projects from inception to the commencement of construction, and construction administration. Since starting with the firm, Lesther has steadily risen through the ranks by demonstrating his ability to execute challenging projects, practice technical excellence, provide strong leadership, and collaboratively coordinate with clients, consultants and general contractors.

Hugo is a Studio Principal with over 45 years of experience. He has overseen project management and production of a wide range of urban residential projects, especially in the multifamily and affordable housing markets in California, Arizona, Texas and Hawaii.

Patrick is an Associate Principal and Project Director with over 20 years of experience. He focuses on market-rate, mixed-use, and affordable housing, as well as student housing, high-rise, and adaptive re-use projects. He has extensive experience managing complex projects while working closely with clients, consultants and general contractors.

With over 30 years of experience, Tim is an integral part of the AC Martin production team. His organizational skills are a strong asset in the assembly, coordination, and production of construction documents.

Kyle is a Principal and Director of Project Development. He is a highly versatile design professional who seeks to find pragmatic planning solutions with high-yield efficiencies. He inspires the team to discover design solutions that are rooted in a storyline unique to its site context, cultural environment, and project vision. He believes every project needs a ‘big idea’ that guides and qualifies design decisions. Kyle’s career direction has been focused on mixed-use, multifamily and hospitality sectors.

As an Associate Principal and Design Director, Jeff oversees and is involved in each project from the conceptual design phase through construction. His vast design experience includes multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality and affordable housing, as well as assisted-living and student housing.
