Kyle is an Associate Principal and Director of Project Development. He is a highly versatile design professional who seeks to find pragmatic planning solutions with high-yield efficiencies. He inspires the team to discover design solutions that are rooted in a storyline unique to its site context, cultural environment, and project vision. He believes every project needs a ‘big idea’ that guides and qualifies design decisions. Kyle’s career direction has been focused on mixed-use, multifamily and hospitality sectors.

As an Associate Principal and Design Director, Jeff oversees and is involved in each project from the conceptual design phase through construction. His vast design experience includes multi-family, mixed-use, hospitality and affordable housing, as well as assisted-living and student housing.

Abhijeet joined AC Martin in 2020 as a Studio Principal and brings over 30 years of industry experience in architectural design and project management of both public and private market sectors. His expertise in residential, mixed-use, commercial and high-rise contributes to the growth of firm’s residential and mixed-use practice, and Abhijeet plays a crucial leadership role as both principal in charge and a client liaison to ensure the success of a project and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.

With over 30 years of industry experience, David has designed a series of award-winning projects across Southern California, ranging from mixed-use, residential podium and high-rise to office buildings and academic facilities.

With over 20 years of experience, Janet has extensive experience in both design and management of various project types and complexities, ranging from multifamily, mixed-use, affordable housing and hospitality to commercial tenant improvement and building repositioning. As a Project Director, Janet is responsible for leading Northern California’s Pleasanton office. While Janet has deep roots and knowledge of the Los Angeles area, she carries her expertise and strengths to the Bay Area and works closely with clients, serving that region’s market.

Michael has over 10 years of experience working on expedited large urban projects in the US and abroad, specializing in retail design with emphasis on interior and exterior improvements.

His expertise lies in projects that require tight scheduling while maintaining high client standards and quality control with his responsibilties ranging from program management through construction administration as design and production lead.

With nearly 40 years of experience as an architect, designer, and project manager, Rup Chand, AIA, is a respected figure in the field. Specializing in educational architecture, he has led many transformative projects for numerous school districts in Northern and Central California. Rup brings extensive experience to ensure each project is executed with precision, delivering optimal results within budgetary constraints.

As the Studio Director, Jeremy has more than 20 years of experience primarily in the retail and hospitality sectors designing and executing more than 40 hotel projects, ranging from national flags to local boutique hotels. He is detail-driven and has extensive understanding of the hospitality embellishment and lifestyle culture that market sector demands. 

For over 25 years, Tammy has worked on some of AC Martin’s most significant projects.  She is currently the Project Executive for the Resources Building Renovation in Sacramento.  Her diverse body of work includes the New Natural Resources Headquarters, the Madera County Courthouse, the Hollenbeck Police Station, and the Joe Serna Jr.

As the Managing Principal in charge of the Public-Private Sector, Susan is in charge of keeping the big goals of design, budget, and schedule in balance for the Higher Education, Aviation, and Special Services Studios, by establishing overall sector objectives and coordinating the implementation plans of the distinct studios. She is a hands-on Principal, and provides executive level management of select major projects.
