AC Martin joins Holland Partner Group in Wetland Habitat Restoration

Teamwork, sustainability, and giving back to our community are values we celebrate at AC Martin. We joined our client Holland Partner Group at the Los Cerritos Wetlands, in Long Beach, to explore and restore the native flora and fauna located near the upcoming Marina Shores multifamily project. The group toured the wetlands to learn about the native plants, then worked together on a vegetative propagation project to help restore the wetlands.

3045 Crenshaw Blvd. Mixed Use - Groundbreaking

The groundbreaking ceremony of a new multifamily mixed-use project designed for CIM Group took place at 3045 Crenshaw Blvd., in the historic West Adams neighborhood of Los Angeles on June 30, 2023. The transit-oriented development, located near the Metro E line Expo/Crenshaw light rail station, will include 168 units with 40,000 square feet of ground floor retail. The development will replace the West Angeles Church; proceeds from the sale of the site have gone to the church and the construction of The Family Life Center adjacent to the church’s cathedral on Crenshaw.
