Faculty and Student Services Building: The largest building of the three holds faculty offices, administrative offices, and meeting/ conference room facilities. Students can enjoy an Einstein’s Bagel eatery with café-style seating area, a small convenience store for supplies, and a dedicated student club space in a three-story structure.
Classroom Building: The classroom building holds modern classrooms in a variety of styles with the latest instructional technology including: five 70-seat, tiered case rooms; seven flat classrooms; two active learning classrooms; and multiple breakout rooms in a two-story structure.
Auditorium Building: The auditorium building houses the 200-seat Gregoire Family Auditorium, as well as a 121-seat auditorium in a single story-structure. These two sizeable rooms provide space for large groups or classes, presentations and distinguished speakers, and is also used by other Colleges on campus.
The building employs a number of sustainable features including: low ‘E’ glazing window systems; a connection for the campus chilled water system; energy efficient lighting systems; a cool roof to reflect sunlight; an efficient HVAC system; water-saving plumbing fixtures; and grey water irrigation system.
This building is certified LEED® Silver.
